IOSONO – Vino mistico d’Italia

IOSONO is the first wine in the world to carry a blessing according to the theory of information.

Producer: Estate bottled by Produttori di Govone

Production Area: Piedmont, Alba and Asti districts

Grapes: Premium Barbera, eligible in the Barbera Superiore by Laws

Harvest: End of October

Yield: 90 q.li/ha

ABV: 14%

Vine: 5000 vines/ha, guyot pruning, 200/300 mts above sea level.

Wine Making: In steel tanks with controlled temperature for 7-8 days, to reach the desired balance between sugar and acidity, followed by malolactic fermentation in specific vats.

Ageing: 15 months, including 12 in oak barrel plus at least 45 days in the bottles

Color: Ruby red with violet hues

Nose: Intense, fruity, very enticing

Palate: Remarkable body, with a perfect sugar/acidity balance. Notes of ripe fruit with a hint of cocoa and “passito”.

Serve: Enjoyable both at room temperature and cool in the summer. Made to meditate, particularly with vegan food, it is an excellent match for pasta, pizza and Mediterranean food in general.

Spiritual features: This is a unique wine, as it carries a powerful blessing according to the theory of information. The vineyards and the winery are in fact at the crossing of two powerful lines: the 45° latitude, right in the middle of the northern hemisphere, and the line of the Archangel Michael. This spiritual line runs from Ireland all the way straight down to Mount Carmel in Israel, which is prophet Elijah’s mountain. Along the line there are seven ancient monasteries, all enshrined to the archangel Michael. Seven are also the chakras in the human body. The heart chakra is the forth, again the one in the middle (like the 45° latitude) which, at this energy crossing, corresponds to the Sagra di San Michele in Val di Susa, an ancient monastery not far from our winery and vineyards. We have always known that wine can carry a blessing, as a matter of fact the toast is a very old practice which can be traced back to the Homeric poems. In a toast we bless a wine for health and success. It is a primordial knowledge about the water/wine information which has been proved in many recent studies by prominent researchers such as Emoto, Montagnier, Benveniste and many other scientists. We have forgotten this metaphysical power but now it has been brought back to light with pure intention and resonance in this mystical wine.

Vintage/Denomination: As the information is not “local” by definition, meaning it is timeless and spaceless, this wine can’t read any vintage or regional denomination.
